A woman’s voice says as the scene is still dark.
Woman: Are you ready?
The scene slowly fades on as we see UWA’s finest interviewer, Ashley Thorns. It looks like she is in a trashy hotel of some sort. She is looking at the ground, because the floor has trash all in it. She looks back up with a disgusted look on her face. She raises a mic thats in her left hand to her mouth.
Ashley Thorns: Hello UWA. Im here at one of the newest members of the UWA’s place of living. “The Modern Day Prodigy” Marshall Raines has set up an interview with us today. Lets knock on this door and see if he is here.
Ashley walks up towards the door and before she can knock on it, a little mouse runs through the halls. She screams at the top of her lungs as she backs into the wall. The camera pans to the mouse running down the hall. The camera then rises back to the frightened face of Ashley. She lets off a little smile and turns around to knock on the door. But before she can she is met by Marshall Raines himself.
”MDP” Marshall Raines: Welcome to paradise.
Ashley Thorns:[/b] Ohh hey Marshall. You scared me.
”MDP” Marshall Raines: Thats not the only thing that scared you. Come on in.
Marshall turns and walks into his room. Ashley follows him in and so does her camera man. They all get in the room and Ashley looks around the room with disgust. She looks at her camera man and mumbles under her breath.
Ashley Thorns: OMG! Why does he live like this?
”MDP” Marshall Raines: Did you say something?
Ashley turns real quick and looks at Marshall.
Ashley Thorns: No not at all. So Marshall are you ready for this?
”MDP” Marshall Raines: I have been ready. See the UWA doesnt know what they are looking for in a man like me. They expect me to come in like every other so called superstar and prance around like i own everything. Well thats not me. I have had a rough life ever since i can remember. You know, it growing up on the streets has taught me everything i know. Now im going to show a side of me to the UWA that no one has ever seen before.
Ashley Thorns:[/b] Well the first question i want to ask you is. Why do you live like this? You are a UWA superstar now. There is no need for this. You have got money now. Use it.
”MDP” Marshall Raines:[/b] Like i said Ashley. Im not coming in acting like a big shot. Im the same person i was before. A little money is going to change me. Besides, i have had plenty of money before. I use to street fight and make tons of money. It worked out good on my part. I just seen that UWA was re-opening and it might be nice to see my face on t.v. besides youtube or something.
Ashley Thorns: Well i guess thats a good answer. So what do you plan on doing in the UWA? Do you have any thing that you have been wanting to get off your chest?
As Ashley says that, she really notices how defined Marshall’s body really is. She looks up and down him and smiles as he notices her.
”MDP” Marshall Raines:[/b] Well Ashley, i plan on actually trying to leave my past. Its time for me to turn around and do something good in my life. Yes, when i was a street fighter, everything was good. But it wasnt enough. Now i need the popularity from everyone. Not just some street bums and rich people that has a gambling problem. So i intend to show the UWA universe that there is a new man in town and is going to take over the UWA by surprise. No matter who gets in my way, i will demolish them and show them why i am champion material. Trust me Ashley, i will become a champion of the UWA before you can count to three.
Ashley Thorns: Well Thats some strong words Marshall. There is a lot of good talent on the roster right now of the UWA. You seem so sure of yourself right now and you havent even stepped into a professional wrestling ring before. This is a little different from the street fighting you are use to.
Marshall looks at her with determination in his eyes.
”MDP” Marshall Raines: Listen Ashley. Like i said, no matter who steps in front of me. I will reign supreme. Im here to show everyone that a simple street man like myself can make it big. So thats what is going to happen. In three days i will step foot into a ring for the first time in my life. But that will not change a damn thing about the way i get things done. Everyone in the UWA roster will be impressed by my moves. Im not like anything you have ever seen before. Trust me, you will see in four days what im talking about.
Ashley Thorns: So you heard about your debut match coming up against Drunky McGee.
”MDP” Marshall Raines:[/b] Yes i have heard. Sounds like another street bum if you ask me. What kind of name is Drunky McGee anyways? Does he stay drunk all the time? Who knows, all i know is that he is in for a rude awakening. So his ass better be sober for this match. I want a fair fight, i dont want people talking behind my back, saying it wasnt fair or anything. I want to prove to everyone why i will be the top rated superstar in the UWA. I didnt come here for shits and giggles. I came here to prove a point and if the UWA wants to put a drunk bum in front of me to feel right at home, then so be it. I will show Drunky who the real man is of this match. See Ashley, im going big this time. Im gunning for a championship. I will be the next World Champion of the UWA. I understand that the first time around UWA didnt stay open for long. But if i have anything to say about it, when i become champion. It will take god himself to shut me down. I might not have much skills in the ring, but i have the heart of a fighter and ill be damned if a man named Drunky is going to take me out. I dont care what you or anyone else thinks of me. Ashley Thorns: So you are really determined to be the next champion. So you say it doesnt matter who steps in front of you, you will walk out the winner. Well like i said before, there is some tough competition in the UWA. So i wouldnt be so sure just yet.
”MDP” Marshall Raines:[/b] What is there not to be sure of Ashley? I know what i can do and what im about. I know one hundred percent in my mind that this match is already in the books. I am going to walk in and just beat the living snot out of Drunky McGee. He will not have one damn clue of what just hit him. He might think that he has this match hands down. But i can tell you something, he will always remember the day he stepped in the ring with me. He hasnt seen a man of my caliber. But once he has, he will wish that he never ever has to face me again. Im going to keep it real, but once it comes down to play time. Everyone that steps in that ring has stepped in my playground. Fun time is over for Drunky in four days. The aftermath will always remember him of me. I am personally going all out for this debut match because i am determined to get my point across. So i will go no limit on him and i will put my own body through hell to show him what im about. See Ashley, i dont care if i have to sacrifice myself to get a win. Because thats what im here to do, is win. Im not here to be made fun of because im no good or because i grew up on the streets without a place to live. No, im here because i am going to make the hugest impact that the UWA has ever had. They will always be thankful that they give me a chance. See i have no one to let down, so if i struggle then its all on me. But seriously, i dont see myself struggling. Because i know that im ten times better the fighter, athlete whatever you want to call it then anyone on the roster is. So Drunky Mcgee, i hope your ass is ready for this debut match that we both have coming in just four days. Because im going to show you the wrath and aggression that a superstar is suppose to have.
